Als verpleegkundige bij WZC Molenhof combineer je verpleegkundige expertise met warme, persoonsgerichte zorg. Je volgt een toegewezen groep bewoners integraal op, bewaakt hun gezondheid en welzijn en houdt de zorgplannen en dossiers actueel. Je onderhoudt contact met bewoners, hun familie en artsen en ondersteunt zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking. Zo draag je bij aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg en een veilige, huiselijke leefomgeving.

WZC Molenhof is een kleinschalige campus waar collega’s en bewoners elkaar goed kennen. Hierdoor kan je de zorg afstemmen op de persoonlijke wensen van iedere bewoner en een hechte zorgrelatie opbouwen. Dankzij de korte lijnen met leidinggevenden krijg je inspraak in beslissingen, projecten en de verdere ontwikkeling van de campus. Je werkt bovendien in een moderne, lichtrijke omgeving die in 2024 werd geopend en ontworpen is met aandacht voor de levenskwaliteit van bewoners en medewerkers.

Jouw rol bestaat onder andere uit:

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • bieden van integrale zorg aan een toegewezen groep bewoners;
  • bewaken en actualiseren van zorgplannen en bewonersdossiers;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • ondersteunen van zorgkundigen en multidisciplinair samenwerken met andere diensten.

Je bent betrokken en hebt een luisterend oor voor bewoners en hun familie. Met jouw zorgvuldige en teamgerichte aanpak stem je vlot af met artsen, zorgkundigen en andere disciplines. Je kijkt verder dan je eigen taken, denkt mee over de volledige werking en draagt bij aan een woon- en werkomgeving waarin iedereen zich thuis kan voelen. Ook op drukke momenten blijf je flexibel en behoud je het overzicht.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO verpleegkunde;
  • een geldig visum;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
