Your impact

This is your chance to help shape Mollie's next stage of growth in Sweden. You'll join an established market and team, but there's still plenty to figure out, test and improve, giving you real ownership over how we continue to grow.

You'll focus fully on winning new customers, building your own pipeline and creating new business across the Swedish market. With a primary focus on mid-market customers and upwards, this is a hands-on, outbound-driven role where you'll be expected to proactively create opportunities rather than rely on inbound demand.

What makes this role stand out is the opportunity to combine strong sales execution with real influence. You'll bring what you learn from the market back into Mollie, identify new ways to generate business and help us build a repeatable approach to winning customers in Sweden.

What you'll ship

- Run proactive outbound sales and manage the full sales process, with a strong focus on generating your own pipeline

- Win new logos and build new business across the Swedish market

- Focus primarily on mid-market customers and upwards

- Build a strong pipeline early and turn opportunities into signed and live customers

- Identify new ways to generate business and improve how Mollie approaches the Swedish market

- Share market feedback and intelligence with the wider Mollie team to help us understand how to win repeatedly in Sweden

What you'll bring

- Around 4–5 years of relevant sales or business development experience

- A strong outbound track record and a true hunter mentality, with confidence generating your own pipeline

- Experience working in a high-activity sales environment and managing multiple opportunities at pace

- Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, ad tech, marketing or another relevant technical environment

- The independence and proactive mindset to work in a market that is established but still developing

- Fluency in Swedish

- An additional Nordic language is a bonus

Previous payments experience isn't required. Strong sales fundamentals, a proactive mindset and the ability to understand a technical product matter more.
