Vi søger en energisk og struktureret Administrative Assistant med stærkt drive, gode engelskkundskaber og flair for administration og koordinering.

Jobbet

På vegne af Star Air Crew and Training Company A/S søger vi en engageret og struktureret Administrativ Assistant, der skal supportere Management Director og bidrage til en effektiv daglig drift.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Yde administrativ support, herunder udarbejdelse af referater og opfølgning på beslutninger
  • Koordinere og understøtte processen omkring lokale aftaler, herunder mødeplanlægning med fagforeninger, dagsordener og dokumentation
  • Koordinere administrative opgaver og sikre fremdrift i igangværende processer
  • Understøtte den interne kommunikation og samarbejdet på tværs af organisationen

Om dig

Du har en baggrund inden for Business Administration eller tilsvarende og trives i en rolle med ansvar og en bred kontaktflade.

Derudover ser vi gerne, at du:

  • Har et stærkt personligt drive og tager initiativ
  • Er robust, energisk og løsningsorienteret
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og struktureret
  • Behersker engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt
