  • 负责组内各类AI工具的部署、调试与优化，确保工具稳定运行，提升团队工作效率。
  • 基于Claude等大模型，独立完成智能体（Agent）的设计、开发与落地，搭建适配自动驾驶国际商务场景的AI工作流程。
  • 对接组内用户，精准沟通、理解并梳理AI工具相关需求，输出需求文档，推动工具的迭代升级与功能优化。
  • 协助整理AI工具使用文档、操作指南，支持团队成员快速上手使用各类AI工具。
  • 关注行业内AI工具及智能体开发的最新动态，探索适配团队业务场景的新工具、新方案，提出合理化建议。
  • 计算机相关专业（计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等）在读本科生或研究生，能保证稳定的实习时长（优先3个月及以上）。
  • 具备Claude等大模型的实际使用经验（其他工具、平台请注明），能够独立完成智能体（Agent）开发及工作流程搭建，有相关项目经验者优先。
  • 具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉至少一种编程语言，了解AI工具部署的基本流程与方法。
  • 具备流畅的中英文沟通能力，能清晰对接组内需求、同步工作进展，可无障碍阅读英文技术文档。
  • 具备较强的需求理解能力、问题解决能力和执行力，对AI工具应用有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动探索和学习。
