算力采购战略与规划 1、基于自动驾驶研发、大模型训练、仿真推理需求，制定GPU 中长期采购战略，编制年度预算与采购计划，确保算力供给与业务节奏匹配。 2、主导数亿美金级 GPU 长约、锁量、锁价、锁交期，在紧缺周期保障优先供货与配额获取。 3、建立 GPU 全生命周期管理：选型、采购、交付、维保、残值、迭代更新。 稀缺资源获取与渠道建设 1、拓展合规境内外采购路径，解决配额、出口管制、跨境物流、外汇、海关等关键瓶颈。 2、搭建供应商准入、评估、分级、绩效管理体系，保障供应稳定与风险可控。 商务谈判与合同管控 1、主导框架协议、订单、交付、质保、违约责任、价格保护等高阶商务谈判，争取最优商务条款。 2、管控采购成本、账期、汇率风险，实现战略保供 + 成本最优平衡。 3、全流程合规管理：合同、付款、验收、审计、廉洁风控。 跨部门协同与交付保障 1、与算法、算力 infra、IDC、财务、法务紧密协同，对齐技术规格、交付节点、部署方案。 2、统筹订单履约、物流清关、到货验收、异常处理，确保万卡级集群按时上线。 3、输出供应分析、市场研判、风险预警与策略建议。 团队与体系搭建 1、组建并管理 GPU 采购 / 供应链团队，明确分工、目标与考核。 2、搭建标准化采购流程、制度、风控体系，支撑规模化、高效率运作。

本科及以上，电子 / 计算机 / 供应链 / 国际贸易等相关专业；英语可作为工作语言。 8 年以上高端芯片 / AI 服务器 / GPU 采购 / 供应链经验 主导过 *≥1 亿美元算力硬件采购项目，有紧缺周期锁量锁价、千卡级交付 * 成功案例。
