行业研究与机会扫描：聚焦公司战略相关赛道（科技/AI/产业链等），跟踪国内外技术趋势、竞争格局与头部公司动态，独立或协作输出行业研究报告与投资布局建议。 项目执行与交易支持：协助完成项目筛选、尽职调查、财务建模与估值分析，参与投资备忘录撰写及内部投决流程，支持交易谈判与交割。 投后跟踪与数据监控：跟踪被投企业关键经营指标与财务表现，协助整理投后报告，支持投后赋能事项的跨部门对接。 内部战略协同：配合业务团队完成特定议题的战略分析与市场洞察，推动投资视角与业务决策之间的信息拉通。

学历：本科及以上学历，理工科+金融/商科复合背景优先，但不作硬性限制。 经验（核心） ：1–3年全职工作经验，须来自以下方向之一：头部互联网/CVC战略投资部、一线PE/VC、头部投行或战略咨询；头部平台的长期实习经历可部分折算，但须有实质参与项目执行或行业研究的证据。 语言能力（核心） ：中英文流利，能够以英文作为工作语言完成行业研究、材料撰写与日常沟通；有海外学习/工作经历者优先。 硬技能：具备财务建模与估值基础，能独立完成可比公司分析、敏感性分析等基础分析工作；熟练使用Excel/PPT，掌握主流AI研究工具者加分。 素质：研究驱动，逻辑严谨，能在信息不完整的情况下推进问题拆解；对科技与商业趋势有真实好奇心，具备跨部门沟通的主动性。

加分项 持有CFA/CPA部分科目或已通过者优先。 有AI、半导体、智能硬件、智驾等特定赛道的项目经验或认知积累。 有创业、产业侧或产品侧经历，能将投资判断与业务落地视角结合。
