Momentum Industrial söker en logistikchef med ansvar för logistik, produktinformation och masterdata. Du får en central roll i att utveckla effektiva varuflöden, gemensamma arbetssätt och hög datakvalitet, med fokus på logistik, transport och lagerstyrning.

Det breda sortimentet och den varierande efterfrågan ställer höga krav på tillgänglighet, frakt- och lagerstyrning och kvalitet i produkt- och masterdata. Verksamheten omfattar ett centrallager och drygt 30 försäljningsdistrikt, med butiker och lokal lagerhållning. Det gör samspelet mellan centrala och lokala flöden avgörande för en effektiv varuförsörjning.

Din roll

Du ansvarar för logistik, Product Information Management (PIM) och Master Data Management (MDM), med fokus på logistik, transport och lagerstyrning. Du leder fyra medarbetare som arbetar från olika kontor och samarbetar nära inköp, försäljning, sortiment, IT och ekonomi.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden är att:

Leda, coacha och utveckla medarbetarna. Utveckla gemensamma processer, arbetssätt och systemstöd för effektiva varuflöden och hög datakvalitet. Styra, följa upp och utveckla samarbetet med den externa 3PL-partner som driver centrallagret. Ansvara för budget, resursplanering och leverantörssamarbeten inom området.

Du företräder området inom Momentum Industrial och ingår i försörjningsledningen tillsammans med ansvariga för avrop, strategiskt inköp och sourcing. Du rapporterar till försörjningschefen.

Vi söker dig som

Du har flerårig erfarenhet av logistik och supply chain, med fokus på lagerstyrning, efterfrågeplanering och varuflöden. Du har förmåga att skapa engagemang och framdrift i en verksamhet med många kontaktytor och decentraliserat beslutsfattande.

Vi ser att du har:

Erfarenhet av processutveckling, förändringsledning och digitalisering. God systemförståelse och mycket god analytisk förmåga. Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet. Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska. Erfarenhet av chefs- eller ledaruppdrag, industriell handel, teknisk distribution eller annan artikelintensiv verksamhet är meriterande. Detsamma gäller kunskap om PIM/MDM, systemplattformar och integrationer, lageroptimering, AI och automatisering samt strukturerat förbättringsarbete såsom Lean.
