Hledáme lídra, který povede horskou chatu jako své vlastní království.Místo výkonu práce: Horská chata v Harrachově (celoroční provoz)Co bude tvoje mise:- Komplexní řízení chodu horské chaty - každodenní provoz, organizace, kvalita služeb, dlouhodobé plánování, rezervační systém a chod restaurace - Organizace personálu - vedení malého týmu (kuchaři, pokojské, sezónní pracovníci), nábor, plánování směn, motivace- Komunikace s hosty - profesionální přístup, řešení požadavků a reklamací, zajištění vysoké kvality služeb- Zajištění zásobování a vedení skladového hospodářství - objednávky, komunikace s dodavateli, vedení skladových zásob a pravidelné inventury- Technický dohled nad objektem - průběžná kontrola technického stavu, komunikace a spolupráce s údržbářem- Dodržování hygienických a bezpečnostních standardů - plnění norem, interních pravidel a zákonných požadavků- Spolupráce na marketingových aktivitách - pomoc s propagací, návrhy balíčků pro hosty, podpora akcíKoho hledáme:- Zkušeného provozního manažera nebo člověka s prokazatelnou praxí v pohostinství / hotelnictví / gastru- Samostatného, spolehlivého a zodpovědného profesionála s organizačním talentem- Přirozeného lídra, který má cit pro lidi i prostředí- Praktického člověka, který zvládne provozní agendu, ale nezalekne se ani mimořádných situací- Řidičský průkaz sk.
