Apoiar as operações diárias do almoxarifado, assegurando que os processos de recebimento, controle e armazenamento de materiais, com o objetivo de garantir a disponibilidade precisa dos mesmos e manter a operacionalidade contínua da empresa. Apoiar no controle de estoque, incluindo a conferência do material recebido no almoxarifado e o controle do material fornecido para a produção, assim como para serviços externos.

  • Controle de Estoque: Manter registros detalhados de todos os itens em estoque, incluindo entradas, saídas e movimentações. Colaborar com o Almoxarife na solicitação de reposição de materiais conforme necessidade identificada.
  • Conferência e Organização: Apoiar o Almoxarife na conferência de notas fiscais em relação aos pedidos de compra, verificando qualidade e quantidade dos produtos recebidos. Separar materiais para devolução e cuidar da documentação correspondente.
  • Organização do Almoxarifado: Organizar fisicamente o almoxarifado para facilitar a localização e manuseio dos materiais, mantendo prateleiras limpas e identificadas conforme os padrões da empresa. Manter o estoque em dia e preparado para auditorias programadas ou espontâneas.
  • Inventário e Controle de Documentos: Realizar a execução dos inventários ciclicos e geral, colaborando na correção de divergências contábeis.
  • Atendimento às Demandas Internas: Atender eficientemente às necessidades da linha de produção e de serviços externos conforme orientações do superior. Separar e preparar materiais conforme demandas específicas da área fabril, de manutenção externa ou outras solicitações.
  • Controle de Materiais Específicos: Apoiar no controle de uso e estoque de materiais especiais, como chapas, tubos ou barras de ferro, garantindo disponibilidade e organização.
  • Gestão de Não-Conformidades: Relatar não-conformidades relacionadas às atividades ao Almoxarife.
  • Participação em Reuniões e Treinamentos: Participar de reuniões de fabricação e treinamentos operacionais, compartilhando informações sobre o desenvolvimento das atividades e contribuindo com sugestões para melhorias nos processos.
  • Execução de Outras Tarefas: Realizar outras tarefas conforme necessidade ou direcionamento do superior, contribuindo para a eficiência geral do almoxarifado e da empresa.
