We are looking for an experienced chef to Momo New concept that can cook great asian food. Momo Wok has been a Copenhagen favorite for asian street food since 2013 as is expanding its operation.

Chef – Asian Street Food Restaurant

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our street food restaurant. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring a consistent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook street food dishes according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Train and support kitchen staff when needed.
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations.
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a chef or cook, preferably in Asian or Japanese cuisine.
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

This role is ideal for a motivated chef who is passionate about authentic Japanese flavors and delivering an outstanding food experience.
