Wat speelt er bij een zorgorganisatie? Waar lopen zorgmedewerkers tegenaan? En wat hebben zij nodig? Als accountmanager bij Momo stel je vragen, luister je goed en kom je in actie. Je bouwt relaties in de regio West-Brabant en Zeeland. Je voert gesprekken met alle verschillende rollen binnen de zorgorganisatie, van zorgmedewerkers tot inkoop. Zo help jij zorgorganisaties verder met nóg betere zorg voor hun bewoners.

Wie is Momo?

Momo Medical is een ambitieuze scale-up in Delft. Met slimme technologie helpen we zorgmedewerkers hun werk met minder druk en meer plezier te doen, en verbeteren we de kwaliteit van leven van bewoners van verpleeghuizen.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze sleutelrol ben jij het gezicht van Momo Medical naar onze huidige zorgorganisaties en potentiële nieuwe zorgorganisaties. Jouw missie is geslaagd als de zorgmedewerkers in jouw regio enthousiast zijn en het MT van de zorginstelling hun handtekening heeft gezet onder een samenwerking. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Relaties bouwen: Je leert zorgorganisaties en hun beslissers kennen, blijft betrokken en zorgt dat bestaande organisaties tevreden zijn. Je bouwt samenwerkingen verder uit en haalt contracten en afroepen binnen.
  • Nieuwe zorgorganisaties binnenhalen: Je benadert zorgorganisaties proactief en spreekt met het MT en andere stakeholders zoals innovatie en ICT. Je achterhaalt de kern van hun uitdagingen, wat organisaties nodig hebben en zet kosteloze studieperiodes van drie maanden om in contracten. Hierbij ben je in de lead om samen met het team het jaardoel te behalen. Veel onderweg: Jouw werkplek is de zorgorganisatie! Je bent minimaal zes dagdelen onderweg in jouw regio en hebt meerdere afspraken per dag met nieuwe en bestaande zorgorganisaties.
  • Samenwerken en opvolgen: Je maakt duidelijke afspraken en volgt ze actief op. Eén dag om de week kom je met je team samen op kantoor in Delft om de voortgang te bespreken en van elkaar te leren. Je hebt dagelijks contact met je teamgenoten en je bent de schakel tussen de zorgorganisatie en andere teams van Momo, zoals development en finance.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, luistert goed en pakt door.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante commerciële ervaring.
  • Je maakt makkelijk contact met zorgmedewerkers, managers en bestuurders.
  • Je neemt initiatief, staat open voor feedback en wilt blijven leren.
  • Je wilt bijdragen aan toekomstbestendige ouderenzorg.
  • Je spreekt naast Nederlands, ook goed Engels.

Daarnaast krijg je:

  • Een werkweek van 36–40 uur.
  • €4.500–€5.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en kwalificaties, plus een resultaatbonus en vakantiegeld.
