The posting

monday.com http://monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

About The Role

Intech owns monday.com http://monday.com's internal technology. We don't just keep the lights on — we innovate and we lead. OCDIO is the operating layer that keeps intech's functions (BI, Security, Big Brain, IT Infra & Service, Solutions, Travel, Procurement, tech scouting) aligned and moving.

The role: We are looking for a Business Systems Engineer who speaks both “business” and “engineering” to build and run the engine behind our revenue teams. You will work closely with the Sales and RevOps teams. You will find work that is slow or manual, and replace it with smart systems, automations and AI agents.

This is a hands-on role with full ownership. You’ll set the direction and build it yourself. You map the flow, connect the systems, write the code, clean the data, and track the results. You take an idea from the first talk to a live solution that GTM teams use every day.

What you'll own:

Own and optimize our GTM stack. Connect and improve Salesforce, Gong, Clay, monday and our automation tools, so they work as one system.

- Run the funnel. Own how leads become revenue, from scoring and routing to tracking and opportunity management.

- Find the right problems. Work with business teams to map their processes, spot the pain points, and pick the ideas with the most impact.

- Automate work with AI. Build LLM-powered agents and workflows that take over the manual work teams do today.

- Build strong foundations. Deliver reliable tools, workflows and data that teams can build on themselves.

- Keep data clean. Make sure pipeline and funnel data is correct.

- Run what you ship. Watch, fix and improve your solutions based on feedbacks.

- Share and teach. Help the teams and our partners use new AI tools and better ways of working every day.

Requirements

- 4+ years building business solutions, GTM systems or internal tools (as a GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations Engineer, Sales Operations or a similar technical role).

- Strong business sense. You know how GTM teams work, and how a deal moves from lead to revenue.

- Strong GTM stack knowledge. You have hands-on experience building in tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Clay, and you can make them work together as one system.

- Hands-on with automation tools like Workato, n8n, Make or Zapier.

- AI-first (must have). AI tools and agents are already part of how you work every day, and you keep looking for new ways to move faster.

- Thinks and builds. You can design the process and build it yourself.

- Data-driven. You think in KPIs and revenue impact. You let the data guide your choices.

- Strong partner. You earn trust with your stakeholders, turn their needs into systems, and keep everyone aligned.

- Self-starter. You learn fast, handle unclear situations well, and get things done in a fast-paced company.

- Fluent English and Hebrew, written and spoken.

What monday.com http://monday.com can offer you:

- Real impact: hundreds of people use what you build every day.

- Freedom to choose your tools and try new AI tech.

- A team that values builders who think like business owners.

- Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall

- Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

- Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we

- A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
