The posting

Werken bij de Forensische Kliniek

Mondriaan Forensische Zorg behandelt patiënten met psychiatrische en/of verslavingsproblematiek die in het verleden een delict hebben gepleegd.

De behandeling richt zich op het versterken van vaardigheden, het ontwikkelen van inzicht in gedrag en het terugdringen van het risico op delictgedrag. Daarbij bieden we specialistische zorg voor onder andere psychotische stoornissen, verslavingsproblematiek en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen.

Binnen onze kliniek staat herstelgerichte zorg centraal. De behandeling wordt afgestemd op de individuele behoeften en mogelijkheden van de patiënt, waarbij zorg, behandeling, begeleiding en veiligheid hand in hand gaan.

Wie ben jij?

Jij ziet mogelijkheden waar anderen vooral problemen zien. Je behoudt overzicht in complexe situaties, durft grenzen te stellen wanneer dat nodig is en weet tegelijkertijd een betekenisvolle werkrelatie op te bouwen. Je bent een teamspeler die wil bijdragen aan herstel, veiligheid en een goede toekomst voor onze patiënten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een hbo-diploma Social Work, een mbo-diploma niveau 4 Maatschappelijke Zorg (Specifieke Doelgroepen) of een gelijkwaardige zorgopleiding;
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de (forensische) psychiatrie of verslavingszorg;
  • Affiniteit met patiënten met complexe problematiek;
  • Kennis van psychopathologie en motiverende gespreksvoering;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om professionele relaties op te bouwen;
  • Een flexibele, proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding;
  • Het vermogen om effectief samen te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team.

Wat bieden wij?

Geschikte kandidaten krijgen bij Mondriaan direct een vast contract. Het salaris bedraagt minimaal € 3.180,- en maximaal € 4.273,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek (FWG 45, kernfunctie agogische werkende 2 of verpleegkundige 2), of het salaris bedraagt minimaal €3.560,- en maximaal € 4.716,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek (FWG 50, kernfunctie agogisch werkende 1 of verpleegkundige 1).
