Binnen Kind & Jeugd van Mondriaan bieden we specialistische zorg aan jongeren met psychische problemen en hun naasten. We investeren volop in innovatie, kwaliteitsontwikkeling en samenwerking om jongeren de best mogelijke ondersteuning te bieden.

Als verpleegkundig specialist kun je aan de slag binnen de kliniek, polikliniek of één van onze ambulante teams. Ook een combinatie van werkplekken is mogelijk. Je voert onder andere intakes, diagnostiek, indicatiestellingen en behandelingen uit en werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team van specialisten.

Met jouw deskundigheid, betrokkenheid en herstelgerichte aanpak help je jongeren om hun veerkracht te versterken, klachten te verminderen en weer perspectief te ervaren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundig specialist lever je hoogwaardige, specialistische zorg aan jongeren met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Je vervult een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelproces en werkt nauw samen met de jongere, diens naasten en betrokken hulpverleners.

Je:

  • voert intakes, diagnostiek en indicatiestellingen uit;
  • behandelt jongeren met complexe psychiatrische problematiek;
  • werkt als regiebehandelaar en initieert, coördineert en evalueert behandeltrajecten;
  • beheert een eigen caseload;
  • betrekt ouders, verzorgers en het netwerk van de jongere waar nodig bij de behandeling;
  • werkt nauw samen binnen een multidisciplinair team van onder andere kinder- en jeugdpsychiaters, klinisch psychologen, GZ-psychologen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers, systeembehandelaars en transmurale behandelaren;
  • levert een actieve bijdrage aan innovatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van zorg en behandelmethodieken.

Dit neem je mee

Jij bent een zelfstandige, betrokken professional die verbinding weet te maken met cliënten, gezinnen en collega's.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een afgeronde opleiding tot Verpleegkundig Specialist en een geldige BIG-registratie;
  • affiniteit met de doelgroep Kind en Jeugd;
  • ervaring met cliënten met complexe en meervoudige problematiek;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • het vermogen om collega's te inspireren, enthousiasmeren en mee te nemen in ontwikkelingen;
  • goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden binnen multidisciplinaire teams;
  • kennis van de sociale kaart;
  • een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.
