De Medische Dienst heeft de ambitie om een dynamische, uitdagende en toekomst­gerichte dienst te zijn. Die wil groeien, vernieuwen en vooruitkijken. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat alle patiënten, jong en oud, de beste somatische zorg krijgen.

De zorg verandert, dus sluiten we als Medische Dienst aan bij de ontwikkelingen. Voor jou als verpleegkundige is er een flexibele werkomgeving met veel ruimte om je vakmatig te ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een klein en hardwerkend team. Wij gaan voor kwaliteit, net als jij.

In de toekomst kan het aantal uren uitgebreid worden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s op het gebied van somatische zorg;
  • Je doet triage bij spoedgevallen en ondersteunt onze huisartsen;
  • Je voert praktische zorg uit, zoals bloedprikken, wondverzorging en het maken van een ECG’s;
  • Je houdt het overzicht en voert ook administratieve taken uit.

Dit neem je mee

  • Je hebt minimaal het diploma mbo of hbo Verpleegkunde en een geldige BIG-registratie;
  • Je beschikt over een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid, stelt prioriteiten en durft initiatief te nemen;
  • Je gaat voor kwaliteit en bent bereid hier hard voor te werken;
  • Je bent een teamspeler maar gaat niet opzij voor het nemen van eigen verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je communiceert open en constructief met je collega’s en draagt actief bij aan positieve werksfeer;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om bij te leren;
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld.

Wat wij bieden

Geschikte kandidaten krijgen bij Mondriaan direct een vast contract. Het salaris bedraagt minimaal €3.020,-- en maximaal €4.057-- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (FWG 45 - CAO GGZ, kernfunctie GGZ verpleegkundige 2).
