Waarom werken bij de Kliniek Volwassenen?

Op de afdelingen KD-01 en KD-02 verblijven patiënten die langdurige behandeling nodig hebben binnen een veilige, gesloten omgeving. We werken volgens de ART-methodiek (Active Recovery Triad), waarbij herstel, eigen regie en kwaliteit van leven centraal staan.

Je komt terecht in een team waar betrokkenheid, vakmanschap en humor hand in hand gaan. We kennen onze patiënten goed, vieren successen samen en blijven altijd zoeken naar mogelijkheden, hoe klein de stap soms ook lijkt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je observeert, begeleidt en ondersteunt patiënten op basis van hun behandelplan;
  • Je brengt structuur, rust en duidelijkheid in de dagelijkse zorg;
  • Je werkt met onder andere ABC- en signaleringsplannen bij complexe problematiek;
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met regiebehandelaars en andere disciplines;
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en vernieuwen van de zorg.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een verpleegkundige of agogisch werkende die nieuwsgierig is naar het verhaal achter de patiënt. Je hebt geduld, staat stevig in je schoenen en ziet kansen waar anderen obstakels zien. Daarnaast werk je graag samen en neem je initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een diploma mbo- of hbo-Verpleegkunde en een geldige BIG-registratie of een mbo- of hbo-diploma Maatschappelijke Zorg of Social Work;
  • Kennis van psychopathologie en somatiek;
  • Affiniteit met patiënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen;
  • Een flexibele en proactieve werkhouding;
  • Het vermogen om overstijgend te denken en collega's mee te nemen in ontwikkelingen.

Het is voor jou geen probleem om in wisseldiensten te werken, dat betekent dat je niet alleen op dagdiensten ingezet kunt worden maar ook op avond- en nachtdiensten en natuurlijk de weekenddiensten.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Bij Mondriaan krijgen geschikte kandidaten direct een vast contract. Het salaris bedraagt minimaal €3.180,-- en maximaal €4.273,-- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (FWG 45 - CAO GGZ, kernfunctie verpleegkundige 2 of agogisch werkende 2).
