CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to Public Sector renewals.
  • Partner with Public Sector sales teams to align on account strategy, customer engagement, commercial terms, and renewal execution.
  • Coordinate internal resources to address customer-specific contracting, procurement, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Help establish repeatable processes and best practices for managing the unique complexities of Public Sector renewals.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Familiarity with Public Sector procurement processes, contracting requirements, government buying cycles, or cooperative purchasing vehicles is a plus.
  • A track record of strong performance against defined targets, metrics, or goals.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse audience, both internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent renewals with varying levels of complexity while maintaining attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Talent for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, procurement teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to navigate complex processes and proactively identify and resolve obstacles to successful renewal execution.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment.
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
