The posting

Als Datacenter Operator werk je samen met je team om ervoor te zorgen dat onze datacenters veilig, efficiënt en zonder onderbrekingen draaien. Je combineert technische kennis van elektriciteit, koeling en HVAC met een praktische, hands-on aanpak. Zo draag je bij aan de groei van een sterk Belgisch merk dat innovatie en samenwerking centraal stelt.

Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat onze datacenters soepel en veilig draaien. Dit doe je door:

  • Problemen op te sporen en op te lossen – het analyseren en verhelpen van storingen, of deze nu betrekking hebben op stroomvoorziening, koeling of het netwerk.
  • Het installeren van dataracks en -cages en het aanleggen van de benodigde stroomaansluitingen.
  • Het installeren van nieuwe koel- en elektrische systemen.
  • Het onderhouden van onze koelmachines, CRAC's en ventilatie-units.
  • Facilitaire taken, zoals gebouwonderhoud en algemene reparaties.
  • Veiligheid – het waarborgen van de fysieke beveiliging en het naleven van procedures.
  • Monitoring – het bijhouden van systeemprestaties, energieverbruik, koeling en andere facilitaire systemen.

We werken graag samen met mensen die:

  • kennis hebben van HVAC- en/of elektrische systemen (kennis van facility management is een pluspunt);
  • oplossingsgericht zijn en over praktisch gezond verstand beschikken;
  • integriteit en teamwork hoog in het vaandel hebben staan;
  • en het allerbelangrijkste: graag de handen uit de mouwen steken en dingen voor elkaar krijgen, want dit is echt een hands-on functie.
