The posting

Als Teamleider Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van het machinepark, de technische installaties en de gebouwinfrastructuur.

Je geeft leiding aan een multidisciplinair technisch team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers met expertise in:

  • mechanica;
  • elektrotechniek;
  • offsettechnieken.

Samen zorgen jullie voor een betrouwbare productieomgeving en werk je aan een onderhoudsorganisatie die klaar is voor de toekomst.

Naast de dagelijkse werking krijg je de ruimte om verbeteringen te realiseren op vlak van onderhoudsaanpak, technische betrouwbaarheid en investeringen. Je maakt daarbij deel uit van het lokale leidinggevende team en werkt nauw samen met productie, aankoop, finance, HSE en externe partners.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol combineer je technisch leiderschap met organisatie en verbetering.

Je:

  • stuurt het onderhoudsteam aan en ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van je medewerkers;
  • organiseert en coördineert onderhoudswerken aan machines, installaties, gebouwen en terreinen;
  • stemt technische prioriteiten af met productie;
  • volgt externe leveranciers en contractors op;
  • analyseert terugkerende technische problemen en werkt aan structurele oplossingen;
  • initieert en begeleidt technische verbeterprojecten;
  • werkt investeringsvoorstellen en CAPEX-dossiers uit;
  • bewaakt onderhoudsbudgetten en technische prestaties;
  • draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van onderhoud en processen.

  • verdere evolutie richting een meer planmatige en proactieve onderhoudsaanpak.

Voor iemand die graag bouwt aan duurzame verbeteringen, biedt deze functie veel ruimte voor initiatief en eigenaarschap.

Je combineert technische bagage met een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl.

Daarnaast beschik je idealiter over:

  • Een technische bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring;
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of onderhoudsomgeving;
  • Leidinggevende ervaring (minstens 3 jaar) binnen een technische context;
  • Een sterke affiniteit met elektromechanica;
  • Ervaring met onderhoudsprocessen, projecten of investeringen;
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en Excel;
  • Kennis van AutoCAD is een plus;
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels;
  • Basiskennis Frans is een bijkomende troef.

Belangrijker nog dan je exacte achtergrond is je vermogen om mensen mee te nemen, prioriteiten te stellen en met geduld te bouwen aan verbetering op langere termijn.
