Voor een familiaal bedrijf in regio Waasland zijn we op zoek naar een technische werkvoorbereider met kennis van de bouwsector. Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense omgeving waar flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Onze klant is gelieerd aan de bouw. Aannemers rekenen dagelijks op hun expertise en dankzij een eigen atelier, eigen transport en een sterk team kunnen zij snel schakelen en maatwerk leveren voor elk project. Om hun team te versterken in zoeken wij een Technisch Commercieel Medewerker.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker ben jij de schakel tussen de klant, het atelier en de planning. Wanneer een aannemer een plan of aanvraag doorstuurt, neem jij het dossier in handen van A tot Z. Je bevindt je dagelijks tussen de mensen van productie, planning en klanten. Snel schakelen, meedenken en problemen oplossen maken deel uit van je job.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Analyseren van bouwplannen en technische aanvragen
  • Berekenen van materialen en benodigde hoeveelheden
  • Opstellen van offertes en prijsberekeningen
  • Inschatten van productietijden en levertermijnen
  • Overleggen met klanten, aannemers en projectverantwoordelijken
  • Adviseren van klanten vanuit jouw praktijkkennis van de bouwsector

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de ruwbouwsector, je kent de werking van een werf
  • Je kan bouwplannen interpreteren en technisch inzicht toepassen
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten
  • Je werkt praktisch, hands-on en oplossingsgericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
