O QUE VOCÊ VAI APRENDER E FAZER POR AQUI:

  • Apoiar no agendamento, organização e participação nas vistorias técnicas de medição em obras;
  • Dar suporte na elaboração de relatórios de medição e acompanhamento físico-financeiro das obras;
  • Auxiliar na análise e conferência de orçamentos, cronogramas e contas pagas;
  • Contribuir com a equipe no desenvolvimento de estudos de viabilidade técnica e financeira;
  • Aprender na prática como funcionam os bastidores do controle de obras para os maiores players do mercado imobiliário brasileiro.

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Estar cursando Engenharia Civil (a partir do 5º semestre);
  • Ter vontade de aprender, organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Ser proativo(a), comprometido(a) e ter facilidade com Excel e leitura de projetos;
  • Disponibilidade para visitas presenciais a obras na cidade de São Paulo/SP.
