Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) profissional de Engenharia Civil para gerenciamento de obras, com foco em planejamento físico, controle de custos, análise de aditivos e consolidação de informações gerenciais para clientes e diretoria.

A posição exige perfil técnico, analítico e organizado, com capacidade de gerenciar um empreendimento, analisar dados de obra, elaborar relatórios objetivos e apoiar a tomada de decisão com visão de prazo, custo, segurança e qualidade.

· Acompanhar cronograma, Curva S, avanço físico, medições e indicadores de desempenho.

· Analisar orçamento, custos previstos x realizados, desvios, tendências e impactos no resultado dos empreendimentos.

· Analisar Quadros de Concorrência, incorridos, contratos e pleitos de aditivos;

· Consolidar informações de campo em relatórios gerenciais claros, objetivos e orientados à tomada de decisão.

· Identificar riscos de prazo, custo, segurança e qualidade, propondo planos de ação e recomendações técnicas.

· Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com clientes, equipes internas e demais envolvidos no projeto.

· Apoiar a padronização de processos, ferramentas e critérios de análise para melhorar a qualidade das entregas.

Requisitos

· Formação superior em Engenharia Civil; CREA ativo;

· Experiência em planejamento, controle ou gerenciamento de obras, preferencialmente em construtoras, incorporadoras, gerenciadoras e consultorias de engenharia;

· Vivência com cronograma físico-financeiro, Curva S, medições, controle de custos, análise de produtividade e acompanhamento de desvios.

· Conhecimento de ferramentas como Excel avançado, MS Project e Power BI;

· Capacidade de elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas com recomendações objetivas.

· Boa comunicação com clientes, equipes técnicas e diretoria.

· Capacidade de priorização, cobrança de prazos e acompanhamento de planos de ação.

· Visão crítica para identificar riscos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria.
