About the Role
We are looking for a senior, client-facing Creative Producer / Account Lead to join Monks and run a major always-on video and social advertising workstream for one of the world's best-known brands, across multiple European markets. We are moving this work from per-brief production to a templatised, refresh-driven, scalable system, and you will run that workstream in your own right: owning the client relationship day to day, shaping the strategy and the master templates with the client and our creative team, and making sure the operating model lands and sticks. Beyond that, you will run projects end to end across the account, from brief to delivery, and roll your sleeves up on localisation and versioning when the work calls for it.
Our ideal candidate is either a strong creative producer who is used to fronting the client, or an account lead from a creative agency who is operational and has run production. Either way, you understand the creative process inside out, you are comfortable owning a client relationship at a senior level, and you can turn an ambiguous ask into a clear scope, timeline, and estimate.
Location: London, hybrid (three days a week in the office). Reports to: Programme Director.
Responsibilities:
- Be the day-to-day lead for the client on your workstream: own the regular client rhythm, the rolling forecast and briefing cycle, run reviews and performance check-ins, and escalate and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Review and scope every incoming brief with the client and our strategy team, agree the right approach and realistic lead times, and understand the campaign set-up so what we build performs on platform and can be versioned at scale.
- Lead the set-up of each new master and template with the client and our creative team, from strategy and brief through to approval, and run the refresh cycle thereafter.
- Manage projects end to end across the account, from briefing to delivery, including high volumes of assets across multiple markets: set timelines and milestones, manage risk, and be hands-on in localisation and versioning when the work calls for it.
- Plan ahead with internal stakeholders so resourcing matches campaign requirements, and manage the team's time efficiently day to day.
- Run the client review and approval process, act as brand guardian and quality-check deliverables before they leave the building.
- Own the estimates, reconciliation, and reporting for your workstream, working closely with the Programme Director on commercials.
About You
The essentials:
- Significant experience as a senior producer or account lead in a creative agency or production environment, with a track record of producing high-end video and social work across multiple markets. YouTube and paid social experience is a strong plus.
- Independent, proactive and highly organised: you take ownership, juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines, and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
- Confident fronting a senior client: you have owned a client relationship in your own right, built strong relationships internally and externally, and handled conversations on scope, timing and money.
- Commercially literate: comfortable with estimates, retainers and reconciliation, and used to protecting scope while keeping the relationship warm.
- Platform literate and systems-minded: a working knowledge of YouTube and paid social formats, and experience building modular, templated or always-on creative where one master feeds many lengths, ratios, messages and markets.
- Comfortable working with teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
- Keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality creative assets while ensuring brand compliance.
- Fluent in English; an additional European language is a plus.
