Unsere qualitativ hochwertigen Produkte eignen sich hervorragend zur Produktion von Filtrationsgeweben, Transportbändern, Geflechten und 3D Gewirken sowie für Papiermaschinen\-Bespannungen. Ebenfalls im Produktportfolio sind hochfeste Multifilament Garne für technische Anwendungen in den Bereichen Automobil und Aeronautik.

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Technik, die abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben schätzt, gerne Neues lernt und verantwortungsvoll handelt.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Instandhaltung \& Entstörung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und die rasche Störungsbehebung an unseren elektrischen Komponenten direkt an den Produktionsanlagen.
  • Signal\- \& Systemprüfung: Du analysierst die Signalverfolgung sowie den Signalaustausch an den Produktionsmaschinen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.
  • Kalibrierung: Du begleitest die Kalibrierung von Betriebsmitteln (z. B. für Temperatur und Druck) und betreust das Tool für die Dokumentation der Kalibrierungen.
  • Wartungsplanung: Du realisierst die periodischen Wartungsarbeiten und koordinierst die Ausführung mit der Produktion.
  • Dokumentation: Du erarbeitest und pflegst die technischen Dokumentationen und Wartungsprotokolle.

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) als Elektriker, Elektromechaniker, Automatiker oder eine gleichwertige elektronische Ausbildung.
  • Du besitzt die Betriebselektriker\-Bewilligung nach Art. 13 NIV
  • SPS\-Kenntnisse: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit SPS\-Steuerungen an automatisierten Anlagen der Produktionstechnik.
  • Schaltpläne \& Netzwerke: Das Lesen von Schemas ist für dich Routine und du kennst dich gut mit Bus\- und Netzelektrik aus.
  • Arbeitsweise: Bei Störungen denkst und handelst du lösungsorientiert. Mit deiner zielorientierten Eigeninitiative stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
