A Day in the Life:

As the Digital Commerce Director, Digital Shelf Performance & Ops, you will lead the team and system to make products win on the digital shelf, from content quality to data integrity to share of search. Build the performance analytics engine that connects what happens on the shelf to what happens in the Profit and Loss statements (P&L) and manage the vendor and syndication infrastructure that powers it. The Impact You'll Make:

Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve discoverability, content quality, and conversion. Partner with marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams to implement optimization strategies.
  • Scorecards & Reporting: Build automated dashboards and reporting frameworks to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as content compliance, search rank, and availability. Present insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage scorecards across various platforms to assess digital shelf health and share of search, enabling a better understanding of image trends and identifying opportunities for our products to rank higher compared to competitors.
  • Analyze this data to enhance organic search performance and explore search opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Vendor Management (Profitero & Analytics Partners): Own relationships with digital shelf analytics vendors (e.g., Profitero), ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of insights. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and evaluate vendor performance.
  • PIM/PXM Expertise & Stakeholder Management: Serve as subject matter expert for product information management (PIM) and product experience management (PXM) platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, enriched product content syndication across all channels. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
