Wil jij zelfstandig klanten adviseren en jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen het pensioenvak? Bij Montae & Partners krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantenportefeuille en zorg je voor een soepel beheer van pensioen- en inkomensregelingen. Dit doe je binnen een betrokken team waar samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Relatiebeheerder Pensioen en Inkomen ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ongeveer 25 werkgevers met maximaal 75 werknemers. Je zorgt dat het dagelijkse beheer goed verloopt en dat werkgevers en werknemers weten waar ze aan toe zijn.

  • Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je verwerkt en controleert mutaties, maakt berekeningen en bewaakt je werkzaamheden en deadlines aan de hand van onze jaarkalender.
  • Je helpt werkgevers en werknemers met hun pensioenvragen. Bijvoorbeeld: hoe werkt de pensioenopbouw bij verschillende vormen van betaald en onbetaald verlof?
  • Je zorgt dat nieuwe én bestaande klanten goed bediend worden. Je begeleidt implementaties, hebt contact met pensioenuitvoerders en werkt nauw samen met onze collega’s van Zorg en Inkomen.
  • Je helpt onze dienstverlening steeds iets beter te maken. Je signaleert waar processen slimmer kunnen en doet verbetervoorstellen. Bijvoorbeeld hoe we beter grip krijgen op de inhoudingen die werkgevers moeten doorgeven voor individuele keuzes van werknemers via hun pensioenportaal.

Wat bieden ze jou?

  • Bruto salaris tot €3.750 o.b.v. 36 uur;

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Relevante werkervaring met het beheren van pensioenregelingen;
  • Je hebt de diploma’s Wft Basis, Wft Pensioenen en Wft Vermogen of je bent bereid de laatste te gaan halen;
  • In het bezit van Wft Inkomen? Dat is mooi meegenomen.
