Das duale Studium Wirtschaftsinformatik (B.Sc.) gemeinsam mit der FOM München verbindet IT, Digitalisierung und betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how mit echter Praxiserfahrung bei MONTANA. Von Anfang an arbeitest Du aktiv an digitalen Zukunftsthemen mit und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung:

  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs-, IT- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Energiehandel und in der Energieversorgung
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und IT-Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen und Services für Kunden und Mitarbeitende
  • Arbeit mit Daten und Analysen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Einblicke in Zukunftsthemen wie KI, Data & Analytics, Cloud und IT-Security
  • Zusammenarbeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen Innovation & Technology und den Fachbereichen
  • Bewertung und Einsatz neuer Technologien und digitaler Tools für effizientere Prozesse
  • Übernahme eigener IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte entsprechend Deiner Interessen und Stärken

Überzeugende Voraussetzungen:

  • Allgemeine Hochschulreife (Abitur), Fachhochschulreife (Fachabitur) oder eine vergleichbare Hochschulzugangsberechtigung (z.B. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit dreijähriger Berufserfahrung)
  • Begeisterung für die Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft, IT und Digitalisierung
  • Interesse an KI, Daten, Automatisierung und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Analytisches und logisches Denkvermögen sowie Spaß daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
  • Technische Neugier und Motivation, Dich in neue Systeme und Technologien einzuarbeiten
  • Eigeninitiative und Lust, digitale Lösungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und echter Teamgeist
  • Motivation, Theorie direkt in reale IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte einzubringen
