Additionally, the Program Supervisor provides administrative leadership to ensure continuity of operations and serves as a key liaison to residents, fellows, faculty, administrators, and regulatory agencies, particularly in the absence of the Program Administrator. The role also supports educational programming, accreditation activities, program evaluations, and the overall effectiveness of Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with Fellowship Directors and the Program Administrator to coordinate and implement fellowship and residency program activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on institutional and external governing bodies' policies, procedures, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead recruitment activities, oversee fellowship application processing through ERAS, coordinate interview schedules, and assist with NRMP rank list preparation.
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze statistical reports and program records to monitor performance, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with ACGME, ADS, ABA, and AMA requirements.
  • Maintain the monthly educational calendar, communicate educational activities to trainees and faculty, and generate attendance and participation reports through New Innovations.
  • Maintain and update program policies, procedures, records, evaluations, and regulatory reporting requirements to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Coordinate Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) and Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and accurate meeting minutes.
  • Support the planning and execution of graduation ceremonies, educational conferences, and other special events as assigned by Fellowship Directors and the Program Administrator.
  • Coordinate site-specific logistics and address facility-related inquiries to ensure smooth daily program operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, fellows, faculty, administrators, and regulatory agencies, addressing concerns and escalating issues to the Program Administrator or Program Directors as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative leadership and ensure business continuity in the absence of the Program Administrator.
  • Organize and maintain program files, correspondence, evaluations, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support Graduate Medical Education (GME) program operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
