In unserem Montessori-Kinderhaus, einem charmanten und kindgerecht ausgebauten alten Bauernhaus mitten in Altdorf bei Nürnberg, finden die Kleinsten in zwei Krippen- und drei Kindergartengruppen ein liebevolles zweites Zuhause.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Kinderhaus-Teams suchen wir ab sofort

eine*n engagierte*n Erzieher*in/Kinderpfleger*in (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (mindestens 30 Stunden pro Woche) zunächst befristet für ein Jahr mit Option auf Entfristung nach der Probezeit.

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist ausgebildete*r Erzieher*in/Kinderpfleger*in (m/w/d) mit Begeisterung und Herz für die Tätigkeit.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen und bist geduldig im Umgang mit Kindern.
  • Du förderst „unsere Kinder“ im Sinne der Pädagogik von Maria Montessori in ihrer Entwicklung und Kreativität. Dazu gehört für uns auch Deine Bereitschaft zum Erwerb des Montessori-Diploms bei einer Entfristung des Beschäftigungsverhältnisses.
  • Du hast Lust auf eine neue Herausforderung.

Die Montessori-Vereinigung Nürnberger Land e.V. ist ein etablierter Bildungsträger mit Einrichtungen von der Kinderkrippe bis zur Fachoberschule an drei Standorten. Seit rund 35 Jahren verläuft die Entwicklung sehr dynamisch – und das wird auch so bleiben. Mittlerweile besuchen ca. 700 Kinder und Jugendliche die Einrichtungen, das Gesamtteam ist mit 150 Pädagog*innen und Fachleuten in Verwaltung und Service entsprechend groß.
