Vi söker nu en engagerad och resultatinriktad innesäljare som vill vara med och utveckla vår försäljning av efterfrågade säkerhets- och arbetsmiljöutbildningar till företagskunder.

I rollen arbetar du aktivt med telefonen som främsta verktyg och använder CRM-system samt digitala verktyg som en naturlig del av din vardag.

Om tjänsten

Vi är flexibla när det gäller tjänstgöringsgrad och välkomnar därför både dig som söker en heltidstjänst och dig som önskar arbeta deltid. Tillsammans hittar vi ett upplägg som fungerar bra för både dig och verksamheten.

Du arbetar med försäljning av utbildningar inom bland annat: - Truckutbildning - Traversutbildning - Mobil arbetsplattform (lift) - Fallskyddsutbildning - Övriga arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsutbildningar

Arbetsbeskrivning

Som innesäljare ansvarar du för att: - Kontakta nya och befintliga företagskunder - Identifiera kundernas behov och presentera rätt lösningar - Driva affären från första kontakt till avslut - Arbeta strukturerat med uppföljning i CRM-system - Planera och följa upp din försäljningspipeline - Samarbeta med kollegor och utbildningssamordning för att säkerställa hög kvalitet i leveransen

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet av försäljning, via telefon och B2B
  • Är trygg i att skapa nya kundkontakter och bygga relationer
  • Motiveras av att arbeta mot mål och skapa resultat
  • Är strukturerad och van att arbeta i CRM- och affärssystem
  • Kommunicerar tydligt och professionellt på svenska, i tal och skrift

Meriterande: - Erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning - Erfarenhet från industri, bygg, utbildning eller arbetsmiljöområdet - Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper såsom driv, ansvarstagande och affärsmässighet.
