Ben jij daarnaast analytisch ingesteld, houd je van structuur en wil je graag begrijpen hoe een bedrijf écht werkt? Wij hebben een functie beschikbaar als junior business analist waarin je boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden en financiële administratie combineert met procesverbetering en operationele ondersteuning.

Achter alle bedden en meubelen die wij leveren bij klanten, schuilt een logistieke organisatie waarin processen, systemen en financiële stromen naadloos op elkaar moeten aansluiten. De afgelopen jaren zijn wij flink gegroeid en daarom zoeken wij versterking, ervaring is niet belangrijk, de juiste skills wel. Als junior business analist denk en werk je actief mee aan hoe onze logistieke en administratieve processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. We staan open voor nieuwe ideeën en slimme (AI) toepassingen die ons werk makkelijker, sneller of beter maken.

  • Een startsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring

Wie zijn wij? Montrieurs is dé complete logistieke dienstverlener in Nederland én België die zorgt voor montage van meubelen, kast- en slaapsystemen. Wij verzorgen het logistieke proces vanaf opslag tot plaatsing bij de klant thuis. Daarbij staat service hoog in het vaandel. Wij zijn een familiebedrijf en werken met grote zorg en betrokkenheid. Met 4 vestigingen waarvan een gloednieuw distributiecentrum in Den Hoorn zijn wij volop in ontwikkeling.

Hoe ziet een werkweek als junior business analist eruit? Geen week is hetzelfde, juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo leuk. Je voert boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden uit, verwerkt financiële gegevens en houdt data actueel voor periodieke rapportages. De ene dag help je een collega met een ICT-vraag of zorg je ervoor dat software up-to-date is, terwijl je op een ander moment een pinapparaat reset of een klein technisch probleem oplost.

Gedurende de week houd je je ook bezig met het beheer van ons wagenpark. Je plant onderhoudsafspraken in, onderhoudt contact met garages en ondersteunt bij verzekeringszaken en schademeldingen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat onze voertuigen veilig en inzetbaar blijven. Daarnaast is er volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je krijgt de kans om mee te denken over maatwerksoftware en procesautomatisering, waarbij je helpt om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten.

Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met Michel van der Ree, één van de eigenaren, en hebt veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid in je werkzaamheden.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je hebt:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Een opleiding in bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfskunde, Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Logistiek Management of vergelijkbaar
  • Interesse in processen, systemen en automatisering
  • Affiniteit met financiële administratie
  • Een analytische en gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en proactief
  • Kennis van Apple-producten is een pre.
