Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker recycling / logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de demontage van meubels, het helpen met uitladen van onze wagens en het wegpersen van karton en plastic. Je start in de ochtend met je team met het demonteren en scheiden van de meubels, denk hierbij aan het uit elkaar halen van: lattenbodems, boxsprings en matrassen. In de loop van de middag komen de monteurs terug en help je ze met het uitladen van de werkbussen en zorg je ervoor dat het inpak materiaal allemaal in de juiste persen gaat. Aan het eind van de dag zorg je dat de afdeling netjes is en klaar voor de volgende werkdag.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Een bruto startsalaris vanaf €2.600,-
  • Bonus tot €575,- bij het aandragen van een vriend of familielid
  • Netto uitbetaling van de overuren
  • Elke dag een gratis verzorgde lunch
  • Urengarantie, minimaal 40 uur per week
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer
  • Telefoonvergoeding van €20,- netto per maand
  • 22,5 vakantiedagen welke je kunt aanvullen met overuren
  • 8% vakantiegeld jaarlijks uitgekeerd in mei
  • Pensioenopbouw

  • Goed functioneren belonen we! Je salaris zal meegroeien naarmate je kennis en ervaring toenemen.
  • Je start met een 7 maanden contract en werkt naar een vast contract toe.

Wat verwachten wij?

  • Je bent fit en sterk genoeg om meubels te tillen.
  • Je spreekt de Nederlandse taal goed.
  • Je kan goed communiceren en bent een teamplayer.
  • Je wilt je ontwikkelen als recycling medewerker en graag nieuwe dingen leren.
  • Je bent in het bezit van eigen vervoer (auto/ fiets of scooter) om naar ons magazijn in Den Hoorn te komen.
  • Je staat flexibel tegenover het maken van overuren (deze krijg je zo goed als netto uitbetaald).
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat je werkomgeving netjes en geordend blijft.
