Montu is a leading cannabis company with operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific. We facilitate access to cannabis through locally integrated ecosystems that streamline the patient experience from end-to-end and set new standards in Cannabis Care.

Medical cannabis has already been legalised in more than 50 countries across the world over recent years, unlocking a huge potential for medical, wellness, and ultimately recreational markets. As one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry, Montu is now actively looking to expand the team to take the company to the next level in the UK.

What's the job?

- Build, schedule and QA email and SMS campaigns across clinic and pharmacy, from newsletters and service updates to other recurring patient journey sends.

- Drive impact through timely, personalised messaging to support positive patient outcomes and revenue goals.

- Work closely with the wider marketing team to refresh content for recurring BAU campaigns, keeping messaging engaging and on brand.

- Make copy and content updates across existing Braze canvases, campaigns and other key aspects of the patient journeys.

- Work with our creative team to bring new designs into existing and new templates, keeping branding and formatting consistent throughout.

- Lead on a range of A/B tests, helping with setup and tracking results.

- Assist with managing suppression and exclusion logic across a range of initiatives.

- Assist on basic troubleshooting and investigation when issues arise, working with Patient Support, Governance and Engineering to resolve them.

- Support the CRM team on wider strategic and testing initiatives, getting hands-on with new projects as they develop.

What we are looking for:

- 1-2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.

- Hands-on experience with a CRM or customer engagement platform (Braze is advantageous).

- Strong attention to detail, with a careful approach to checking work before it goes live.

- A good eye for strong copy, with an understanding of what makes messaging clear and effective in an email and SMS context.

- Comfortable reading campaign performance and spotting what's working.

- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle a regular send schedule alongside ad hoc requests.

- A strong eye for great email design, confident building and editing templates, with a solid standard for visual quality.

- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.

- Strong communication skills.
