Personlig assistent sökes – deltid ca 30 timmar/vecka med möjlighet till mer - Landskrona (Härslöv)

Vi söker en engagerad, social och positiv personlig assistent till en kund i Landskrona (Härslöv). Tjänsten omfattar cirka 25 timmar per vecka och passar dig som tycker om att arbeta nära människor, skapa goda relationer och bidra till en aktiv och meningsfull vardag.

Om kunden och arbetet Kunden är en social och positiv person med ett stort intresse för sport, framför allt fotboll och hockey. Ett stort plus är därför om du själv delar detta intresse och tycker om att följa matcher, prata sport och hitta på aktiviteter tillsammans.

Kunden har ett stort och engagerat familjenätverk. Det innebär att du kommer att ha regelbunden kontakt och samverka med flera familjemedlemmar samt andra personer runt kunden. Vi söker därför dig som är kommunikativ, samarbetsvillig och trygg i att skapa goda relationer med människor i kundens omgivning.

Som personlig assistent är din främsta uppgift att vara ett tryggt, närvarande och positivt stöd i kundens vardag.

Arbetsuppgifterna är varierande och kan bland annat innebära att: Planera och genomföra aktiviteter både i och utanför hemmet. Vara ett socialt sällskap och stöd vid kundens fritidsintressen. Uppmuntra till fysisk aktivitet och social gemenskap. Bidra till struktur, trygghet och en fungerande vardag. Vara lyhörd för kundens önskemål och behov. Samverka med kundens familj och andra personer i nätverket.

Vi söker dig som har en naturlig förmåga att engagera och motivera andra. Du är inte rädd för att ta egna initiativ, komma med idéer och föreslå aktiviteter. Du bidrar med positiv energi och har ett genuint intresse för att skapa en bra vardag för kunden.

Samarbetsinriktad – du trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med kundens familj och övriga nätverk. Du behöver ha B-körkort och tillgång till egen bil för att kunna ta dig till arbetsplatsen.
