Position Overview:

The Coordinator, Global Partnerships Marketing will be responsible for the delivery of value to corporate partners through the coordination, execution, and tracking of contractual partnership assets. This role assists with account management initiatives, partnership activations, and reporting to help demonstrate return on partner business objectives and support long-term retention and renewal efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of assigned corporate partners and their associated assets across a portfolio of accounts.
• Assist in maintaining positive day-to-day relationships with partners through responsive communication and reliable execution support.
• Coordinate the implementation and fulfillment of all assigned partnership contractual elements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
• Oversee team signage artwork organization and installation according to league regulations.
• Order, collect, organize, inventory, and distribute contracted autographed items.
• Help identify and support incremental sponsorship and co-branded activation opportunities in collaboration with account leads and internal teams.
• Prepare client brand briefs and assist in coordinating with internal departments to support partnership ideas and execution tactics aligned with partner objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of all partner marketing assets and content in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Track partnership activities, compile results, and assist in preparing season or post-event recap materials and presentations.
• Support process adherence, quality control, and documentation to ensure projects are executed smoothly and contribute to partner satisfaction and renewals.
• Provide general administrative and project coordination support related to partnership accounts.
• Maintain asset trackers, hospitality trackers, inventory records, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate ticketing, credentialing, and access requests related to partnership programs.
• Assist with relationships and fulfilment of contractual obligations between Global Partnerships and Event/Arena Operations groups.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sponsorship, marketing, partnerships, or related areas (team-related internship preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic experience compiling data and assisting with reports or presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Experience with research, reporting, or presentation tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $24.04/hr - 26.45/hr USD.
