Moog B.V. in Nieuw-Vennep is een van Nederlands pure mechatronische ondernemingen waar de unieke combinatie van werken met software, electronica en mechanica wordt geboden. "Moog B.V.", ontwerpt, fabriceert en levert sinds 25 jaar mechatronisch- en hydraulisch-mechanische 'turn-key' producten voor o.a. de luchtvaart-, ruimtevaart- en automobielindustrie.

Binnen een internationaal georiënteerde, collegiale werkomgeving met een jong en dynamisch team biedt Moog B.V. (125 medewerkers) afwisselend werk in de boeiende markt van de luchtvaart en de automotive industrie. Voorbeelden van Moog B.V. producten zijn mechanische test systemen voor vliegtuig- en auto-onderdelen, bewegingssystemen en force-feedback systemen voor helikopter- vliegtuig- en race-simulatoren.

Voor onze afdeling Assembly & Test zoeken wij een enthousiaste collega die ons team komt versterken!

Binnen Operations is het team Assembly & Test verantwoordelijk voor de complete assemblage en het testen van de producten van MOOG, vanaf ontvangst goederen op de werkvloer tot en met bijbehorende kwaliteitscontroles. De assemblage van onze systemen geschiedt in eigen huis om de kwaliteit op een zo hoog mogelijk niveau te kunnen waarborgen. De werkzaamheden bieden de variatie die onlosmakelijk is verbonden met het produceren mechatronische systemen: productieklaar maken van aangeleverde onderdelen, mechanisch en elektrisch assembleren van de systemen, testen, transportklaar maken van de systemen en assistentie verlenen bij het opbouwen van de systemen bij klanten.

Kern taken en verantwoordelijkheden

1.Assemblage & Montage

Assembleren van mechanische en elektromechanische onderdelen van simulator domes en actuatore.

Uitvoeren van kabelrouting, bevestiging van componenten en integratie van subassemblages.

2.Technische documentatie

Werken volgens technische tekeningen, werkinstructies en stuklijsten.

Registreren van assemblage- en testresultaten in het ERP-systeem.

3. Kwaliteitscontrole

Uitvoeren van visuele inspecties en functionele tests.

Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen.

4. Samenwerking

Afstemmen met collega’s van engineering, productieplanning en kwaliteitsafdeling.

Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van technische problemen tijdens assemblage.

5. Veiligheid & netheid

Werken volgens geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften (VCA).

Zorgdragen voor een opgeruimde en georganiseerde werkplek.

Competenties

Technisch inzicht: Begrip van mechanische en elektromechanische systemen.

Nauwkeurigheid: Werkt zorgvuldig en volgens specificaties.

Probleemoplossend vermogen: Kan storingen analyseren en oplossingen aandragen.

Teamgericht: Goede samenwerking en communicatie met collega’s.

Flexibiliteit: Bereid om verschillende taken op te pakken binnen de afdeling en te assisteren bij installatie bij onze klanten (wereldwijd).

Functievereisten

Opleiding: Mbo-niveau 3-4 in mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.

Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in assemblage van complexe producten.

Kennis: Basiskennis van elektrotechniek en mechanica; ervaring met hand- en elektrisch gereedschap en hijsmiddelen.

Taal: Nederlands en basis Engels (technische documentatie).

Overig: Bereidheid tot werken volgens strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Certificaten: Veilig werken (hijsen, heftruck, VCA).
