  • Hold overall accountability for performance across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development while empowering site managers and functional leaders to execute.
  • Lead multi-site operations across Western New York and Orrville, Ohio, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and execution across locations.
  • Develop and execute the Land & Sea Business Unit strategy, aligning priorities with Defense Division and Space & Defense Group objectives while positioning the business for long-term growth.
  • Drive customer engagement and business growth, leading strategic pursuits, key customer relationships, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement, improving business performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise, partnering with peers and functional leaders to leverage shared capabilities and support enterprise objectives.
  • Serve as a key member of the Defense Division leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, resourcing, and long-range business planning.

To be considered, here’s what you will need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Engineering, or other technical discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly engineered industries.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience with responsibility for business strategy, organizational performance, and people leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a business or major operating unit with P&L accountability.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Quality, and Business Development.
  • Strong customer-facing leadership experience, including strategic relationship management, growth initiatives, and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change, business transformation, and growth initiatives.
  • Ability to successfully obtain and maintain any required security clearances.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-site organizations and delivering strong operational and financial results is highly desirable.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
