Für unseren Bereich Logistik suchen wir ab sofort, in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen:

Koordinator Versand- und Transportlogistik (m/w/d)

Standort: Böblingen Requisition Nr.: R-26-20746

In dieser zentralen Rolle innerhalb unserer Versandorganisation verantworten Sie die termingerechte Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Sendungen. Sie koordinieren und steuern die täglichen Versandaktivitäten und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Versand- und Logistikprozesse bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Warensendungen mit dem Versandmanagementsystem einschließlich Versanddokumentation
  • Fachliche Koordination, Steuerung und Priorisierung der täglichen Aktivitäten im Versandbereich
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Transporten sowie Kurier-, Express- und Sonderfahrten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Auftragsabwicklung, Zollabteilung sowie externen Logistikpartnern
  • Abstimmung mit Logistikpartnern sowie Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Versandreklamationen
  • Einholung und Bewertung von Frachtangeboten, Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Transportdienstleister sowie Optimierung von Transportkosten
  • Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Dokumentation von Versand- und Logistikprozessen einschließlich Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Schulungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Versandlogistik, Transportmanagement oder Spedition
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Transportmanagement (z. B. Logistikfachwirt, Fachwirt für Güterverkehr und Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- und Versandsystemen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Logistik- und Transportprozesse
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
