  • Champion a user-first approach to mobility services and endpoint management.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve device onboarding, application access, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Reduce friction in technology experiences through simplification, automation, and proactive support strategies.
  • Analyze user feedback and support trends to drive service enhancements and platform improvements.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.

Mobile Service Management (Tangoe)

  • Administer the organization's Tangoe mobile expense and service management platform.
  • Manage mobile line provisioning, modifications, suspensions, and disconnects.
  • Maintain mobile inventory accuracy and lifecycle tracking.
  • Coordinate with wireless carriers and vendors to resolve service issues and optimize mobile expenditures.
  • Monitor usage, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide reporting on mobile assets and services.

  • Troubleshoot advanced device management, enrollment, application, compliance, and access issues.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
