Für unseren Bereich Einkauf Defense suchen wir ab sofort, in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen:

Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) Defense

Standort: Böblingen Requisition Nr.: R-26-20885

In dieser Funktion entwickeln und steuern Sie die strategische Ausrichtung definierter Warengruppen und Lieferanten. Sie tragen maßgeblich zur Kostenoptimierung, Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit, Qualitätsverbesserung und Risikominimierung bei und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Einkaufs-, Lieferanten- und Warengruppenstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität, Versorgungssicherheit und Risiken
  • Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Lieferanten sowie Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen, Qualitätsvereinbarungen und weiteren Einkaufsverträgen zur Erreichung definierter Einspar- und Leistungsziele
  • Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte, Durchführung von Markt- und Preisbenchmarks sowie Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken
  • Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Analysen sowie Mitarbeit in Investitions-, Entwicklungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen, Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und fachliche Koordination von Warengruppen- und Projektteams

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
  • Technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse, technische Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung im Vertrags- und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS 365, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (10-20%)
