🚀 Collection & Revenue Operations Specialist

In this role, you will take ownership of customer billing and collections, monitor outstanding balances, perform account reconciliations, and work closely with internal stakeholders and global customers to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, global environment, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Bookkeeping certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers
  • A detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and AI tools
  • Strong analytical skills to work with financial data and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing?

  •  Issue accurate, timely customer invoices and manage billing inquiries
  • Own collections end-to-end: track receivables, follow up proactively, accelerate payments, and flag risks
  • Reconcile incoming payments and keep AR clean
  • Partner with BizDev teams to resolve customer issues and accelerate collections
  • Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and increase operational efficiency
  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies
