Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at MoonTech, you will own and grow performance and influencer marketing accounts, with ROAS and commercial outcomes at the center of everything you do. You will build strong, strategic client relationships and lead optimization, retention, and growth across your portfolio.

You will also act as a key internal stakeholder to the Product team, translating client needs into structured product and process improvements. This role suits someone who can independently manage revenue-driving accounts, understands campaign models and internal processes, and proactively fixes what slows clients and teams down.

Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Relationships

  • Own performance-driven accounts: manage performance and influencer marketing accounts, with ROAS as the core measure of success.
  • Build strategic relationships: develop strong, trusted client relationships and align account strategy with the client’s business goals.

Optimization & Growth

  • Drive optimization: improve campaign performance, ROAS, and account efficiency.
  • Lead retention and growth: build growth plans, strengthen retention, and identify upselling opportunities.

Product Partnership

  • Translate client needs into product inputs: collaborate closely with Product to turn client requirements into clear, actionable inputs.
  • Represent the client internally: act as a key stakeholder in product and process decisions that affect your accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Coordinate across teams: work closely with BI, Operations, Finance, Influencer, and Product to deliver results for clients.
  • Improve workflows: identify workflow gaps and proactively drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of total experience, including 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience managing performance-based accounts in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or similar environments.
  • A background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate, or agency + product environments.
  • Exposure to SaaS or product environments and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and data literacy.
  • High ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
