Als Business Support Finance & Accounting bij Moore ga je ervoor. Moore dan 100%. Bij ons werk je op uitdagende projecten maar met de juiste balans, want het leven is meer dan werken alleen. Waarom zou je een standaard Business Support medewerker willen zijn als je bij Moore zoveel méér kan betekenen?

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Jouw hoofdtaak bestaat uit de ondersteuning van onze accountants bij de financiële administratie van het kantoor. Denk aan het tijdig en correct indienen van aangiftes en attesten (BTW, PB, VEN B etc.)
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve verwerking van de klantendossiers in onze systemen. Je vraagt ontbrekende info op, zet lay-outs correct en staat in voor het correct inscannen en archiveren van dossiers.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten in zowel hun onboarding als offboarding waar nodig.
  • Je volgt de mailbox op en staat klanten professioneel te woord. Je helpt hen verder bij het opvragen van gegevens.
  • Waar nodig bied je ondersteuning in diverse ad hoc vragen: verwerken notules, aanpassing templates, offertes,…

Welke kennis en vaardigheden verwachten we van jou?

  • Draaitabellen en VLOOKUP’s zijn termen die je als muziek in de oren klinken want je bent sterk in Excel.
  • Je haalt energie uit administratieve taken en hebt affiniteit met cijfers.
  • Onze omgeving is zeer digitaal, we verwachten dan ook een digitale mindset.
  • Heb je kennis van één of meerdere boekhoudpakketten? Dan is dit een troef.
