Hoe maak jij impact als SAP Business Transformation Consultant?

Je werkt aan de businesskant van digitale transformaties, waar je processen, mensen en technologie samenbrengt.

Als trusted advisor vertaal je strategische en operationele noden van klanten naar duurzame oplossingen binnen het SAP-ecosysteem.

Je begeleidt organisaties bij het optimaliseren en transformeren van hun bedrijfsprocessen binnen SAP-oplossingen zoals SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) en andere toepassingen uit het bredere SAP-landschap.

Vanuit een sterke focus op process governance, data governance en business value zorg je ervoor dat organisaties beschikken over betrouwbare data, efficiënte processen en een schaalbare digitale basis.

Daarnaast help je klanten om automatisering, analytics en AI-capabilities binnen het SAP-ecosysteem optimaal te benutten, zodat zij evolueren naar data-gedreven besluitvorming met tastbare business impact.

Je rol in een notendop:

  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert bedrijfsprocessen end-to-end binnen complexe SAP-omgevingen.
  • Je faciliteert workshops met stakeholders (business managers, product owners, key users en C-level) en vertaalt hun uitdagingen naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je vertaalt business input naar duidelijke requirements en een scherp gedefinieerde to-be situatie, met aandacht voor procesoptimalisatie, data en technologie.
  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten voor automatisering, AI-ondersteuning en advanced analytics binnen het SAP-ecosysteem en vertaalt deze naar tastbare businesswaarde.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen business, implementatiepartners en digitale teams en zorgt voor een succesvolle vertaling van strategie naar uitvoering.
  • Je helpt organisaties om data-gedreven te werken door aandacht te besteden aan datakwaliteit, governance, rapportering en performante besluitvorming.
  • Je beheert en begeleidt wijzigingen binnen de SAP-applicaties en processen die de organisatie ondersteunen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Project- of Delivery Manager.
  • Je treedt op als change enabler en begeleidt stakeholders in hun digitale transformatie en de adoptie van nieuwe werkwijzen.

Wat maakt jou Moore?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in business consultancy, digitale transformatie of functionele consultancy binnen het SAP-ecosysteem.
  • Je combineert een sterke business mindset met ervaring in SAP-trajecten, bijvoorbeeld rond SAP S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement of Sales.
  • Je begrijpt bedrijfsprocessen end-to-end en weet deze te analyseren, optimaliseren en vertalen naar duurzame SAP-oplossingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met procesmodellering en methodologieën zoals BPMN, Lean, Lean Six Sigma of gelijkaardige verbeteraanpakken.
  • Je hebt interesse in thema's zoals automatisering, AI, data governance en advanced analytics binnen moderne SAP-landschappen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en slaagt erin om complexe vraagstukken helder te structureren.
  • Je communiceert vlot met stakeholders op alle niveaus, van key users tot C-level.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
