Para quem é esta oportunidade?

Buscamos um(a) Analista Contábil Pleno para atender empresas de diferentes segmentos e regimes tributários. O(A) profissional irá atuar com os sistemas Domínio e Sankhya, e deverá ser capaz de garantir a qualidade das informações contábeis e o cumprimento dos prazos de fechamento e das obrigações acessórias.

✔ Principais atividades:

  • Fazer a escrituração contábil e conferir lançamentos no Domínio (Escrita Fiscal e Contabilidade).
  • Extrair, integrar e validar dados contábeis e financeiros vindos do ERP Sankhya dos clientes.
  • Executar o fechamento contábil mensal, trimestral e anual.
  • Conciliar contas patrimoniais e de resultado (bancos, fornecedores, clientes, impostos e adiantamentos, entre outras).
  • Apurar provisões, depreciação, amortização e apropriações.
  • Elaborar balancetes, DRE, Balanço Patrimonial e notas explicativas.
  • Apoiar a apuração de impostos (Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido)
  • Preparar e entregar obrigações acessórias, como ECD, ECF, DCTF e DCTFWeb, entre outras.
  • Analisar inconsistências e propor ajustes e melhorias nos processos de integração entre sistemas.
  • Atender clientes e áreas internas em demandas contábeis e de auditoria.

✔ Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis.
  • Registro ativo no CRC.
  • Experiência de 2 anos ou mais na área contábil, de preferência em escritório de contabilidade ou outsourcing.
  • Domínio do sistema Domínio, nos módulos Contabilidade e Escrita Fiscal.
  • Experiência com o ERP Sankhya, principalmente em extração de relatórios, integração contábil e conferência de dados.
  • Experiência com fechamento contábil e conciliações.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado (PROCV/PROCX, tabela dinâmica, filtros e fórmulas condicionais).
