Você vai atuar em uma empresa em crescimento acelerado, com decisões rápidas, ambiente colaborativo e abertura total para testar, medir e melhorar. Seu papel será conectar estratégia e execução, transformando planos em rotinas eficientes.

  • Liderar e desenvolver o time de operações, garantindo alta performance.
  • Desenhar, padronizar e otimizar processos ponta a ponta.
  • Definir e acompanhar KPIs operacionais, propondo planos de ação.
  • Garantir qualidade, prazos e SLAs em todas as entregas.
  • Implementar rotinas de melhoria contínua e gestão à vista.
  • Atuar em parceria com áreas de Produto, Comercial e Financeiro.
  • Conduzir projetos especiais de eficiência e redução de custos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em coordenação/supervisão de operações ou áreas afins.
  • Vivência com desenho e otimização de processos (ex.: BPM, Lean, Kaizen).
  • Capacidade analítica para trabalhar com indicadores, metas e dashboards.
  • Experiência em liderança de times, feedbacks e desenvolvimento de pessoas.
  • Perfil mão na massa, foco em resultado e senso de dono.

Diferenciais:

  • Atuação anterior em empresas em crescimento acelerado (scale-up, tech, serviços).
  • Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e CRM/ERP.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Vivência em projetos de transformação digital ou automação de processos.
