Bei Moovv, gegründet 2024, ändern wir das. Wir entwickeln innovative Laufbänder, die Bewegung nahtlos in den Alltag integrieren - zu Hause, im Büro oder irgendwo dazwischen.

Als unser Community Manager wirst du Moovv zu mehr als nur einer Marke machen - zu einem Ort, an dem Menschen dazugehören möchten. Du verbindest Menschen, inspirierst kreative Initiativen und verwandelst WhatsApp und Instagram in lebendige Zentren voller Energie und Engagement.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beziehungsaufbau: Du bist die herzliche, vertrauenswürdige Ansprechperson für unsere Ambassadors und Creator. Du baust Vertrauen auf, hörst aufmerksam zu und sorgst dafür, dass sich Menschen wirklich gesehen fühlen.
  • Community-Aktivierung: Du bringst unsere WhatsApp-Community täglich zum Leben - mit kreativen Challenges, spannenden Formaten und echten Gesprächen.
  • Instagram-Engagement: Du beantwortest DMs, Kommentare und Erwähnungen und gehst proaktiv auf Kund:innen und Ambassadors zu, um bedeutungsvolle Gespräche zu starten.
  • Kreative Aktionen: Ob Laufclubs, Creator-Kooperationen oder große Community-Events - du planst und setzt Initiativen um, die Menschen zusammenbringen.
  • Wachstum & Bindung: Du überlegst strategisch, wie du neue Creator, Kund:innen und Partner:innen für unsere Community gewinnst, aktivierst und langfristig bindest.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Community-First-Mindset: Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung im Aufbau und Management engagierter Communities - idealerweise auf WhatsApp und Instagram.
  • Vernetzer/in mit Kreativfunken: Du entwickelst neue Ideen, um Menschen online und offline zusammenzubringen, und schaffst dabei unvergessliche Erlebnisse.
  • Menschliche Energie: Du förderst auf natürliche Weise Wertschätzung, Positivität und echte zwischenmenschliche Verbindung.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst an, bewegst Dinge schnell und wartest nicht auf perfekte Bedingungen.
  • Bonus: Erfahrung mit Sport-Communities, Creator-Management oder Eventplanung.
  • Sprachen: Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch.
