Contrôleur de gestion (F/H) - Activités Verrerie & Emballages Reference: LU875668 Luxembourg Permanent FMCGDans le cadre du renforcement du pilotage financier de ses activités industrielles, un groupe international de renom crée un poste de Contrôleur de Gestion dédié aux activités verrerie et emballages.La création de ce poste vise à structurer un pilotage financier transversal, harmoniser les pratiques et identifier des leviers d'optimisation industrielle et économique.Le poste couvre également le pilotage financier des emballages (bouteilles, casiers, palettes) utilisés dans les différentes filiales. Responsabilités :1. Pilotage financier des activités verrerie • Mise en place et amélioration des outils de contrôle de gestion et de reporting adaptés à l'activité verrière• Construction de tableaux de bord harmonisés entre les différentes unités (KPI industriels, benchmarks de performance, indicateurs de production)• Analyse des coûts de revient des produits et identification des leviers d'optimisation : consommations énergétiques, matières premières, rendements industriels, non-qualité, coûts de personnel, mutualisation des achats• Suivi et accompagnement de plans d'amélioration de performance• Analyse des taux d'utilisation de groisils (verre recyclé) et identification de pistes permettant d'augmenter leur utilisation à l'échelle du groupe• Comparaison des prix de revient internes avec les prix d'approvisionnement du marché• Participation à l'analyse financière des projets d'investissement (modélisation, calculs de retour sur investissement, aide à la décision)• Consolidation des reportings financiers des verreries• Identification d'optimisations des flux commerciaux et logistiques entre filiales (notamment transport et ventes intra-groupe)2. Pilotage des sujets liés aux emballages • Réalisation d'analyses transverses liées aux emballages : suivi des besoins des filiales, analyse des coûts de revient et optimisation des approvisionnements• Contribution aux décisions d'investissement liées aux équipements et actifs d'emballage (par exemple équipements de production de casiers)• Pilotage de la mise en place de sujets structurants tels que l'harmonisation des méthodes de comptabilisation des emballages en immobilisations• Adaptation des prix de consignation par rapport aux coûts de revient ou d'achat• Suivi et apurement des fonds de consignation• Analyse et suivi des impacts financiers des décisions liées aux emballages au niveau du groupe Profil recherché : • Formation supérieure en finance, contrôle de gestion.• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion spécialisé en verreries / emballages avec une bonne compréhension des problématiques de coûts et de performance opérationnelle.• Capacité à structurer des outils de pilotage et de reporting dans un environnement multisites.• Aisance pour travailler dans un contexte international et interagir avec des interlocuteurs financiers et opérationnels.• Esprit analytique, rigueur et capacité à formuler des recommandations permettant d'améliorer la performance économique.
