Project Manager ConstructionReference: LU876934 Luxembourg EUR 45K - 60K per year Permanent Construction Dans le cadre d'un mandat confié par l'un de nos clients, acteur familial reconnu du secteur de la construction et du génie civil, nous recherchons un Project Manager. Notre client est une entreprise stable, en croissance continue, implantée à proximité de la frontière française, et reconnue pour sa culture de proximité, ses valeurs humaines fortes et son engagement durable auprès de ses collaborateurs.Votre missionRattaché à la Direction Technique, votre rôle est de piloter des projets techniques de A à Z, depuis la préparation des chantiers jusqu'à leur réception finale.Vos responsabilités principales• Préparation des chantiers• Analyse des offres et de la conformité des sous-traitants• Élaboration des comparatifs techniques et financiers• Recherche et sélection de nouveaux sous-traitants si nécessaire• Mise au point des dossiers techniques avec les partenaires• Négociation commerciale (remises, conditions, escomptes…)• Gestion des contrats de sous-traitance• Coordination avec les équipes internes pour le choix des intervenants• Suivi et exécution des travaux• Gestion des commandes et du planning chantier• Coordination technique et suivi des détails d'exécution• Demande et transmission des fiches techniques• Gestion des offres complémentaires et des modifications• Contrôle de l'avancement des travaux sur site• Validation des décomptes et suivi budgétaire• Reporting auprès de la direction de chantier• Réunions et coordination chantier• Représentation de l'entreprise auprès des différents interlocuteurs• Participation aux réunions et réceptions de travaux• Organisation et coordination des sous-traitants• Clôture des projets• Contrôle et validation des décomptes finaux• Constitution des dossiers As-Built• Participation aux réceptions définitives• Qualité, sécurité et environnement• Veille au respect des réglementations en vigueur• Suivi des normes environnementales sur chantier• Contrôle du respect des consignes sécurité et santéProfil recherché • Formation technique en construction, génie civil, électrotechnique, HVAC ou équivalent• Expérience en gestion de projets/chantiers au Luxembourg ou en environnement similaire• Bonne capacité de coordination et de gestion des priorités• Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et esprit d'équipe• Aisance relationnelle avec les clients, sous-traitants et équipes internes• Maîtrise du français ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
