Solidement implanté sur le marché local, il développe un portefeuille de projets ambitieux en résidentiel et en tertiaire, et renforce aujourd'hui son équipe avec un Développeur Immobilier Senior F/M.MISSIONSIntégré(e) au sein d'une équipe de développement, vous participez activement au cycle de vie des opérations immobilières, de la phase de montage jusqu'à la livraison.• Contribuer à l'analyse et au montage des opérations : faisabilité technique, juridique et financière• Piloter ou co-piloter les procédures d'autorisation d'urbanisme (PAG, PAP, permis de construire) et assurer les relations avec les communes et administrations luxembourgeoises• Coordonner les intervenants externes (architectes, bureaux d'études, juristes, entreprises)• Suivre les bilans financiers des opérations et contribuer aux arbitrages économiques• Participer à la commercialisation et aux échanges avec les clients et partenaires• Représenter la société en réunions publiques et lors des présentations de projetsPROFIL• 10 ans minimum d'expérience en promotion immobilière, dont au moins 5 ans au Luxembourg• Bonne connaissance des procédures réglementaires et du tissu institutionnel luxembourgeois• Expérience sur des projets résidentiels et/ou de bureaux• Solide compréhension des enjeux financiers d'une opération immobilière• Bon communicant(e), à l'aise aussi bien en réunion interne qu'en représentation externe• Esprit d'équipe, rigueur et polyvalence• Français courant indispensabl, anglais professionnel apprécié
